1. How does PriceRF.com work and how do I get my target price?

Essentially all you have to do is choose from one of the following options:

A). Visit PriceRF.com and place your RFQ online by logging in & filling out our easy to use “RFQ FORM” and “Name Your Target Price” for each line item, OR

B). Email RFQ@PriceRF.com with your RFQs exactly the same way that you request them from your current vendor with your “Target Price” for each line item, as well as your requested delivery dates.

Your current vendor’s name and/or part numbers are optional for a more accurate cross reference; quality comparison and price quote from one of our affiliate vendors.

C). If you otherwise choose to email us a quote that you already have, please make sure and include your “Target Price” for each line item or for the total amount.

Please make sure that your “Target Prices” are reasonable in order for us to assist you in finding an affiliate vendor who can meet your targets.

2. How long before I see a quote?

Upon submitting your request, our sourcing professionals will do their best at locating an affiliate vendor with comparable RF Microwave Components and or RF Coaxial Cable Assemblies of equal or better quality.

You will then be contacted by PriceRF.com within minutes with a confirmation number and status update on your quote. A simple RFQ will normally be approved or countered within 2 Hours from the time of submittal or sooner.

If “Your Target Price” request is accepted, you will be immediately notified by PriceRF.com and then contacted directly by one of our affiliate vendors with a formal quote.

On the other hand, if your target price is not met, PriceRF.com will extend to you the lowest counter offer from one of our affiliate vendors for your acceptance.
 
We ask that all prices issued by PriceRF.com on behalf of its affiliates be kept in confidence and not shared with 3rd parties. Please read the PriceRF.com Terms & Conditions in its entirety and check the confirming box at the bottom before you submit any RFQs to PriceRF.com or accept any formal quotes from any of our affiliate vendors.

3. How do I go about placing an order?
 
Once your target price is met or you accept our vendor’s counter offer, you will immediately be notified by PriceRF.com and contacted directly by one of our affiliate vendors who will send you a formal quote. From there on, you will be dealing exclusively with the vendor in processing your orders which will be subject to the vendor’s terms and conditions.
 
4. Am I required to buy from the vendor that you recommend?
 
You are in no way obligated to buy or process any orders through any of PriceRF.com’s affiliate vendors.
 
5. Is there a limit on the number of quotes that I can get from PriceRF.com?
 
In order to prevent abuse of our procurement services, PriceRF.com reserves the right to refuse any requests from anyone for NO reason, and specifically from individuals who have made 3 or more RFQs where their target prices have been met and no purchases have been made from our affiliate vendor(s).
 
6. Can I continue getting the same pricing from the vendor on an annual basis?
 
You are free to negotiate directly with any of our affiliate vendors at any time if you so desire.
 
7. What sort of manufacturers does PriceRF.com partner with?
 
All of your RF Components and RF Cable Assemblies will come from our affiliate vendors, known in the industry for building to Mil-Spec & or Higher Standards as well as ROHS compliant. They are also ISO & or AS9100C Certified.
 
For ITAR controlled drawings and on the other hand, if you need to take it to the next level, we also work with ITAR certified vendors that provide military Mil-Spec and higher quality precision products.
 
8. How do I get RF Cable Assemblies and RF Components similar to what I am used to?

Our experiences with manufacturers, RF Microwave assembly houses and vendors give us the ability to provide you with the exact items or the equivalent at big cost savings.
 
Mil-Spec part numbers, or vendor’s name and/or part numbers are optional for a more accurate price and quality comparison.

9. How do I know what price to request?
 
You should have an idea what you are now paying for your RF components and how much you would like to save. PriceRF.com strives to make “Your Reasonable Target Price” a reality. In addition PriceRF.com will help you find RF Components that are generally hard to find and have long lead times.
 
To maximize the likelihood of submitting a successful offer, PriceRF.com uses an extensive advanced cross reference search which permits our procurement team to search millions of parts across multiple channels.
 
10. Am I committed to purchase the item(s) on my RFQ if PriceRF.com is able to find a match for my target price?
 
You are in no way obligated to buy or process any orders through any of our affiliate vendors.
Once an RFQ is accepted, you will receive a formal quote from one of our affiliate vendors. You will then deal exclusively and directly with the vendor and become subject to their terms and conditions. At this stage our job is done with that particular RFQ.
 
11. What happens if you are not able to match my target price?
 
If your target price seems unreasonable, you will be informed via email concerning our associate’s findings. If your target cannot be met but we can get close to it, you will be sent a counter offer. One counter offer will be made on a “Take-It-Or-Leave-It basis” with a 48 hour window for acceptance. Our ultimate goal is to save you time and money by making your target price a reality.
 
12. Can I resubmit my request?
 
To limit expenses and research time for our associates, PriceRF.com target price requests are restricted to one target match per request. . Target prices can however be resubmitted if quantity or part number changes are made to the original RFQ.
 
13. What are the Rules and Regulations for requesting a Target RFQ from PriceRF.com?
 
A). All users must check the box confirming that they have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions before proceeding with any RFQs.
 
B). PriceRF.com is a service dedicated for established businesses, government agencies and educational institutions. For this reason PricreRF.com does not accept or respond to personal email addresses from service providers such as: @Yahoo.com, @Gmail.com, @AOL.com, and so on… Your company’s business email is required.
 
14. How do I check the status of my target price request?
 
An RFQ number will be issued with each request and will be emailed to your business email for tracking and the estimated time by which you will receive your quote. It normally takes two hours or less for most standard quotes; especially for RFQs with Mil-Spec part numbers or the optional vendor part numbers.
 
15. Are there other ways for submitting an RFQ other than via the website?
 
Yes, if you prefer to speak to one of our staff regarding your request, you can use our CONTACT bar online to submit a request for a call back. Please ensure that you have all the details regarding your requirement(s) including the exact description of each part number, target price, quantity and your availability for a callback from our staff.
 
Our friendly staff members are available to return your calls, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST).
 
On the other hand, you are free to submit your request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via our website by following step 1 above.
